The company was formed in 1999 with its founder members very conscious of the fact that outsourcing would enable business to concentrate on their core business, thereby achieving cost efficiency.

We operate our business from our head office in Hainault, Essex. Our field staff structure is geographically placed in order to serve and support our client based through the UK.

We currently manage in excess of 1200 properties. Our wide ranging experience in all Property and Retail sectors, together with our proven track record provides us with a thorough understanding of today’s business needs.
